PRIVACY — PLAIN ENGLISH

What this site collects

This is a personal platform run by Ayraj Adhami. It is not a company product and nothing here is sold or shared with advertisers. Here is exactly what is collected and why.

Contact form

When you send a message, the name, email, subject and message you type are stored in the platform database and may trigger an email notification to me. They are used only to read and answer your message.

Accounts and invitations

There is no public sign-up. Accounts exist only for people I invite. For invited users the platform stores your email address, display name, sign-in timestamps, the applications you have been granted, and security-relevant actions on your account (an audit trail).

Analytics

The site records usage events: page views, navigation and link clicks, app launches, contact submissions, login events and theme changes. IP addresses are hashed before storage — the raw address is not kept for analytics. This data exists so I can understand what is read and used; it is not shared or used for advertising.

App usage

If you are an invited collaborator, launching a private application is logged (who, which app, when). Applications hosted on subdomains may keep their own records, and sensitive apps log access for security.

Cookies and local storage

Local storage holds your theme preference. Cookies are used only for login sessions of invited users. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

File uploads and AI features (future)

Some future applications may accept file uploads or call AI APIs. If and when that happens, uploads and AI interactions will be treated as sensitive, logged for security, and disclosed here before use. Do not upload data you are not comfortable storing.

Your choices

Want your contact submission or account data removed? Email [email protected] and I will delete it.

NOTE: THIS POLICY IS WRITTEN IN PRACTICAL PLAIN ENGLISH AND HAS NOT BEEN REVIEWED BY A LAWYER. IF THIS PLATFORM EVER HANDLES SENSITIVE EXTERNAL OR CLIENT DATA, IT SHOULD BE REVIEWED PROFESSIONALLY FIRST.
